By using the Carolina Reapers portal or app you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Accounts are for parents/guardians, coaches and club staff. Keep your login private. Parents are responsible for the athlete information they provide.
Payments
Fees cover real-world club participation, tournament entries and physical team merchandise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payment plans and refunds follow the club's posted policies and signed agreements.
Conduct
Messages and team chat must be respectful and appropriate for a youth sports program. The club may remove content or suspend access for misuse.
Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time from My Profile → Delete Account.
