Privacy Policy

Carolina Reapers ("the club", "we") operates the Carolina Reapers portal and mobile app for families, coaches and staff of our youth basketball program. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number and profile photo.
• Athlete details provided by a parent or guardian: name, birth date, grade, school, photo, sizes and emergency/medical notes.
• Family contacts, addresses, signed waivers, agreements and uploaded documents.
• Team activity: schedules, attendance, messages and team chat.
• Payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Youth athletes

Athlete profiles are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Athlete information is visible only to that family, the athlete's coaches and authorized club staff. We do not sell data or show third-party advertising.

How we use information

• Running tryouts, rosters, practices, games and tournaments.
• Billing for club fees, tournaments and team merchandise.
• Sending schedule, billing and account updates (you can turn email updates off in My Profile).

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the portal (secure hosting, email delivery, maps and Stripe payments), or when required by law.

Your choices & account deletion

You can update your details at any time in My Profile, and permanently delete your account from My Profile → Delete Account. Some financial and signed-document records may be retained as required for club records.
